What you’ll do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups and retrospectives
- Partner with engineering and DevOps leadership to improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, lead time and deployment frequency
- Evaluate and optimize team structures and Agile operating models
- Review estimates and technical execution using hands-on SDLC expertise
- Coordinate with engineering, product and architecture stakeholders on priorities and dependencies
- Improve delivery transparency through Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps
- Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports
What they’re looking for
- At least 5 years leading Agile delivery, Scrum or technology execution in software, DevOps or SaaS environments
- At least 3 years working with engineering teams using modern SDLC, CI/CD and release management practices
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Advanced understanding of DevOps and cloud delivery environments
- Strong software engineering knowledge of system design and coding principles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering and product teams
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology or regulated SaaS environments
- Experience with scaled Agile, PI planning, cloud engineering, IaC, observability or SRE practices
- Certified Scrum Master, PSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP certification
- Additional DevOps or cloud certifications
