About the role
This is a full-time Marketing and Business Development Manager role serving Bharuch and Mumbai, India, for a professional with five to nine years of experience. You will build industrial sales opportunities, develop EPC and end-user relationships, manage proposals, and convert enquiries into engineering orders.
What you’ll do
- Set and pursue monthly and annual order-booking and sales targets.
- Develop customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-user accounts.
- Generate enquiries through networks, tenders, registrations, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, BOQs, MTOs, and scope requirements.
- Coordinate technical and commercial inputs for bids.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations on price, delivery, payment terms, and contractual scope.
- Maintain the enquiry pipeline from RFQ through order closure.
- Develop repeat business and key accounts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.

- Background in heavy engineering, process equipment, or fabrication.
- Technical familiarity with pressure vessels, columns, storage tanks, piping, structural steel, or related equipment.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, estimation, production, planning, quality, procurement, and project teams.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
Nice to have
- B.Tech or B.E. in materials science, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
- MBA or PGDM in any specialization.
