About the role
This is a senior software engineering role focused on enterprise AI adoption at Gresham in Bengaluru, India, with hybrid working arrangements. You'll build LLM applications, agents, data platforms, and cloud-native services for financial-services data operations.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions.
- Drive AI and machine-learning adoption across product and engineering teams.
- Build LLM applications, RAG systems, semantic search, and AI agents.
- Create AI services and APIs that connect enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Develop copilots and assistants for engineering, support, testing, and operations.
- Evaluate models and frameworks and produce technical recommendations.
- Set practices for prompting, evaluation, governance, security, and responsible AI.
What they’re looking for
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, RAG, agents, and cloud-native development.
- Python plus SQL, REST APIs, and Java or .NET.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, AWS, distributed systems, and enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and LLMOps.
- Experience with scalable services, testing, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
Nice to have
- AWS, Databricks, or Azure AI certification.
- Experience in enterprise data management, master data management, financial services, or capital markets.
- Experience with Snowflake, Delta Lake, Iceberg, Airflow, or dbt.
