This is a senior full-stack software engineering role for an experienced backend engineer with at least five years of Java development and professional React experience. - Build end-to-end features across Java backend services and React interfaces.

- Identify recurring customer problems and create automation or product improvements.
- Help enable self-service and reduce support workload.
