About the role
This is a full-time remote Staff Backend Engineer role for candidates located in India who lead complex backend and platform work across teams. What you’ll do
- Lead backend initiatives spanning product and infrastructure teams.

- Participate in on-call work and use incident learning to improve systems.
- Mentor engineers and establish reusable engineering patterns.
- Guide AI-assisted and agentic development practices with quality, privacy, and security controls.
