What you’ll do
- Support execution of the technical roadmap across a 10+ tool revenue tech stack
- Support provisioning, user support, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance
- Support stakeholder requests and communication across the revenue technology stack
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations and automations and recommend improvements
- Support vendor coordination including procurement, renewals and business reviews
- Partner with cross-functional teams on tool implementation and adoption
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools
- Document workflows and troubleshooting guidance for self-service support
What they’re looking for
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations or analytics roles
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools (Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata)
- Understanding of how systems connect and share data, including integrations and permissions
- Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, inclusive communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI or automation tools such as Workato, Zapier or LLM-powered workflows
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
- Data skills such as Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL or Python
