- Review code for correctness, security, performance and operational risk.
- Investigate build, deployment and runtime failures.
- Participate in support rotations and address technical debt.
- Use AI coding tools while checking their output carefully.

- PostgreSQL, caching, queues or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts.
- Work on modular monoliths or independently operated services.
