About the role
This is a full-time customer-support voice-process role for international clients in Goregaon East, Mumbai. You’ll handle customer queries across time zones, provide service over voice channels and resolve issues in a rotational 24/7 schedule. The role accepts graduates, undergraduates and freshers with strong communication skills, as well as candidates with international voice experience.
What you’ll do
- Support customers through an international voice process.
- Answer and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Provide service to clients across different time zones.
- Complete the HR, voice-and-accent and operations interview stages.
- Work rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.
