This is a full-time senior deployment-strategy role working remotely across Australia for someone with three to six years in client-facing technical delivery. You'll lead production deployments of conversational AI agents for banks, insurers, lenders, and investment firms. The role combines client discovery, agent-flow configuration, prompt and JSON work, delivery management, and feedback into product and engineering.
What you’ll do
- Own client deployments from kickoff through launch and ongoing operation.
- Run discovery and solution-design workshops with product, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
- Configure agent flows, JSON, conversation nodes, and prompts in the Encore AI platform.
- Report progress, risks, and roadmaps to client stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- Help regulated clients prepare operationally for AI-agent adoption.
- Surface recurring client needs to product and engineering teams.
- Identify and manage timeline, scope, and technical delivery risks.
- Create playbooks, QA frameworks, documentation, and reusable implementation patterns.

- Ability to facilitate both executive and technical client sessions.
- High ownership, follow-through, and comfort working through ambiguity.

- Experience with LLM prompt engineering or conversational-AI design.
- Financial-services knowledge across banking, insurance, investments, compliance, KYC, SLAs, or risk approvals.
- Experience delivering in another regulated industry such as healthcare or insurance.
