About the role
This is a remote, UK-based hybrid product manager and senior business analyst role combining product strategy with hands-on requirements work. It suits an experienced product/BA professional who can drive roadmap execution, governance and AI opportunity discovery for enterprise legal and workflow software. The role is with Embrace Software, a company that acquires and rebuilds vertical software businesses around AI.
What you’ll do
- Define and maintain product strategy, priorities and roadmaps.
- Lead discovery with customers, stakeholders, SMEs and engineering.
- Translate business needs into process flows, requirements and user stories.
- Establish product governance from discovery through release and measurement.
- Provide executive reporting on roadmap health, risks and dependencies.
- Partner with the AI Group to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Develop understanding of legacy products to guide modernization decisions.
- Coordinate UAT, stakeholder validation and release readiness.
What they’re looking for
- 8+ years across Product Management, Business Analysis or enterprise software delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Product Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst.
- Experience with complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong requirements analysis, process modeling, user story and acceptance criteria skills.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development.
- Experience with mature/legacy products and modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Practical understanding of AI/LLMs applied to enterprise workflows.
- Comfortable overlapping with US-based stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, collections, financial services or compliance workflows.
- Legacy-to-cloud or desktop-to-web modernization experience.
- Workflow automation and configurable enterprise platforms experience.
- AI-enabled enterprise products experience.
- Product analytics, KPI frameworks and executive reporting experience.
- UX discovery, workflow design or rapid prototyping experience.
