About the role
This is a remote, full-time Internal AI Engineer role that helps ElevenLabs automate work across its go-to-market, operations, and finance teams. You’ll design and ship agentic workflows, connect them to business systems, and establish the evaluation, monitoring, and safety practices needed for dependable internal automation. The role suits a production-minded engineer who can turn loosely defined operational problems into measurable systems using Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling.
What you’ll do
- Design and refine AI agents and workflow orchestrations using ElevenAgents, Claude, n8n, and related tools.
- Connect AI workflows with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and other business systems.
- Build reusable automation services, patterns, and templates.
- Own experiments from identifying an opportunity through implementation and impact measurement.
- Create evaluation and monitoring frameworks for reliable, auditable, safe AI workflows.
- Work with operators and business owners to find and solve manual process problems.

- Experience building and operating production automations or applications.
- Familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and orchestration layers.
- A systems approach to security, auditability, and limiting operational impact.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication.
