About the role
This is a Research Engineer role focused on data infrastructure for ElevenLabs' frontier AI models, and it can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world. What you’ll do
- Build large-scale pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming training data.
- Train classifiers, quality filters, and labeling models used in data processing.
- Design deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, and augmentation strategies.
- Create tools that let researchers explore and train on large datasets reliably.
- Measure how data composition and quality affect model outcomes.
