About the role
This is an automation engineering role building the systems that run ElevenLabs' influencer and creator marketing program. It suits a hands-on builder comfortable with both no-code tools and custom code, working remotely from Germany, Ireland, Poland, Spain or the USA. The role owns the automation layer end-to-end, from creator discovery through payments.
What you’ll do
- Build automations for creator discovery, matching profiles to brand keywords and follower thresholds
- Sync new influencer profiles and contact details into the team's CRM database
- Automate onboarding, welcome packets and brief templates
- Auto-fill and route contracts for e-signature
- Trigger content reminders via Slack or email
- Track influencer posts and capture links via APIs
- Aggregate performance data into a central dashboard and generate reports
- Calculate cost-per-engagement and conversion metrics
- Route creator invoices to finance and send payment status alerts
- Build and maintain integrations and webhook triggers across social, CRM, finance and e-signature tools
- Own reliability, error handling, monitoring, secrets management and audit trails
What they’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API work
- Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM and finance systems
- SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting
- Systems thinking with attention to reliability and error handling
- Comfort with secrets management, authentication and audit practices
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer/creator platforms like CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence or Aspire
- Experience with social platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube)
- Experience with e-signature and payment/finance integrations (DocuSign, PayPal, Stripe, Bill.com)
- Familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools
- Experience using AI/LLMs to build or accelerate automations
