About the role
This is a hybrid Senior Analyst - AI Engineer position with Dun & Bradstreet in Hyderabad, India, for an experienced engineer building production AI agents and generative AI systems. You will create reusable agent components, retrieval systems, APIs and evaluation workflows that help business and technology teams deploy reliable AI. The role combines hands-on Python engineering with cross-functional solution design, governance and operational delivery.
What you’ll do
- Design, build and deploy AI agents and generative AI applications with Python and LangChain.
- Create reusable components for memory, planning, tool use, retrieval and multimodal interaction.
- Develop RAG systems using embeddings, vector stores and enterprise data.
- Evaluate models and select suitable open-source or proprietary LLMs for each use case.
- Build data pipelines and APIs for AI development, deployment, evaluation and monitoring.
- Measure quality, reliability, latency and cost, then improve system performance.
- Add testing, observability, guardrails and monitoring to AI delivery.
- Maintain CI/CD and MLOps or LLMOps practices for controlled releases.
- Apply data governance, privacy, security and intellectual-property requirements.
- Explain technical choices to varied audiences and share knowledge across teams.
What they’re looking for
- Five to eight years of relevant AI/ML, software engineering, data science or related experience.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience delivering working solutions with LangChain.
- Strong Python development skills, including APIs, reusable services and data pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, model evaluation and tool calling.
- Experience with a major cloud platform and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps or LLMOps covering deployment, testing and monitoring.
- Clear communication, independent problem solving and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English.
