About the role
Databricks is hiring a senior full stack developer in Bengaluru to design, build, and deploy AI agents powered by large language models. You will own the full development stack from high-performance React frontends through agentic Python logic to production-ready deployments. The role focuses on LLM orchestration, agent tooling, observability, and end-to-end application delivery for business-critical workflows.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows with focus on LLM orchestration and tooling
- Implement complex agentic behaviors using LangChain or LangGraph including ReAct loops for reasoning and action
- Design and develop a high-performance React application for the agent user interface
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services, and build tools for agents
- Work with middleware in Python or Node.js to orchestrate agent calls and data flow
- Implement comprehensive observability and tracing for agent runs and system performance
- Build reusable, scalable UI components and optimize application performance and responsiveness
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design
