About the role
Radiometer, a Danaher diagnostics company, is hiring a remote Sales Account Manager to cover central and northern Baden-Württemberg in Germany. The role is for a customer-focused field-sales professional with at least two years of relevant sales experience who can grow hospital and laboratory accounts. You will manage a territory from home while travelling to customers and using a company car.
What you’ll do
- Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Run customer discussions and contract negotiations based on needs and potential analysis.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Grow market share for blood-gas analyzers, immunoassays, and IT solutions.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships after sales are completed.
- Work with the regional sales, service, and IT teams.
- Complete product training and take responsibility for territory sales activity.
