What you’ll do
- Own the OT security architecture for global manufacturing environments.
- Set standards for segmentation, security zones, industrial DMZs, and IT/OT boundaries.
- Lead adoption of secure remote access and zero-trust controls for OT users and vendors.
- Guide architecture reviews for micro-segmentation, monitoring, and industrial firewall capabilities.
- Advise operating-company technology leaders, site teams, and plant engineers.
- Create governance standards and implementation guidance for digital manufacturing security.
What they’re looking for
- 12+ years in OT or ICS security, industrial cybersecurity, or network architecture.
- At least 5 years in a principal architect, distinguished engineer, or comparable senior IC role.
- Expert knowledge of ISA-95 or Purdue segmentation, industrial DMZs, OT firewall policies, and remote access.
- Experience securing PLC, DCS, SCADA, BMS, HMI, and historian environments.
- Experience applying IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS ICS controls, and OT security guidance.
- Experience with ZTNA or SASE in OT environments.
Nice to have
- Technical authority experience in a federated enterprise with multiple operating companies.
- Experience with Elisity, Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, or Armis.
- Experience presenting industrial-security decisions to executive or board audiences.
