This fully remote Digital Pathology Helpdesk Engineer role provides customer troubleshooting and support across the DACH region in Germany. What you’ll do
- Diagnose digital pathology faults remotely through phone, email, and remote-access sessions.
- Document support work in customer service and relationship-management systems.
- Prioritize incoming cases by incident, contract, and instrument type.
- Resolve complex issues independently and escalate when appropriate.
- Identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams and support onsite engineers through issue resolution.

- Database-management skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 through 2022 and virtual machines.
- Experience with Mirth Connect and HL7.
- Networking knowledge, including storage, domains, group policies, and firewalls.

- Experience with Leica Biosystems or other digital pathology platforms.
- Experience supporting systems that include hardware.
- Experience with Bomgar or TeamViewer.
- Additional language skills.
