This is a U.S. remote Senior Implementation Manager role for someone with SaaS implementation and technical client-management experience. What you’ll do
- Lead complex customer implementations and post-launch handoffs.
- Manage client projects and technical integrations with third-party vendors.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain delivery accountability.
- Run discovery and document implementation requirements.
- Support re-implementations while reducing operational risk and downtime.
- Research solutions for complex integrations and share technical knowledge with the team.

- Experience managing high-stakes accounts and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management, client management, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience with data validation, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Ability to solve problems in unfamiliar systems and workflows.
