About the role
This is a full-time remote Engagement Manager role for a United States-based project professional with two to three years of client-facing implementation experience. You'll manage small and medium implementation projects end to end, coordinating delivery teams, stakeholders, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and communications. The role operates under an Implementation Manager and is suited to a structured project manager who can lead across technical and non-technical groups.
What you’ll do
- Manage one or more small to medium client implementation projects.
- Plan delivery from initiation through implementation.
- Create project documentation, delivery approaches, and internal reviews.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, changes, and deliverable quality.
- Build communication plans and facilitate project meetings.
- Forecast resource needs and track delivery against project budgets.
- Contribute to improvements in delivery practices.
