About the role
This is a senior, fully remote business/product systems analyst role at CorroHealth's Virtix Health unit, serving as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team for chart retrieval and coding applications. It suits an experienced business systems analyst who can translate requirements into technical specifications and manage enhancement and defect work through agile sprints. The role reports to the VP of Product Management and requires US work authorization without sponsorship.
What you’ll do
- Own, develop and maintain the technical roadmap with leadership and technical teams.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and internal technology partners.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical instructions.
- Create and maintain system and user documentation.
- Communicate the status of enhancements and defect fixes to internal and client stakeholders.
- Work with the technology team to plan and manage each sprint.
- Perform unit and integrated testing for enhancements and fixes.
- Create repeatable regression test scripts.
- Lead testing processes to determine system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate product and service offerings to customers and end users.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of new application users.
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder discovery sessions.
- Ability to produce BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Experience liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Documentation experience in Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes or mockups using Figma, Visio or PowerPoint.
- Experience documenting data integrations, interfaces and field-level mapping.
- Working knowledge of flat-file formats such as CSV, TXT and Excel.
- Experience developing and executing test cases and documenting defects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Permanent US work authorization without current or future sponsorship, residing within the continental US.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and data exchange.
- Experience using SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Product Owner or Product Management experience with proprietary software.
- Healthcare technology, revenue cycle or interoperability experience.
- Exposure to FHIR APIs and healthcare data standards.
