About the role

This volunteer Research Committee Lead role manages a Canada-wide research community and supports CRAC’s non-clinical-trial and community research work in a hybrid arrangement. It is for a Canada-based clinical-research professional with at least three years of relevant research leadership experience. The lead develops research capabilities, translates evidence for professionals, and supports research activity tied to CRAC’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Build and lead a diverse national network of volunteer researchers.
  • Develop research partnerships with government, business, academic, and community organizations.
  • Assess credible literature and turn evidence into useful clinical-research education.
  • Create and maintain the committee’s terms of reference and research capability materials.
  • Support study planning, ethics submissions, questionnaires, conduct, and publication outputs.
  • Provide research support to other CRAC projects when needed.
