About the role
This is a senior AI engineer role at Cells within the Data & AI Organisation, building enterprise-grade AI solutions and agentic workflows, on-site in Bengaluru. You'll design reliable analytics pipelines and deliver scalable AI solutions integrating LLMs and predictive models across Finance, HR, Procurement and Legal. The role works in agile PODs with Product Owners, Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement reliable analytics pipelines
- Build enterprise-grade agentic workflows
- Deliver scalable AI solutions across Finance, HR, Procurement and Legal
- Integrate LLMs, predictive models and multi-agent frameworks
- Ensure model reliability, reproducibility and performance at enterprise scale
- Embed explainability, transparency and security into AI solutions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers and Data Scientists in agile PODs
- Support business teams consuming AI outputs through APIs, dashboards and embedded analytics
- Mentor peers and contribute to internal AI literacy
What they’re looking for
- 5 or more years of experience in data science, data engineering, analytics or application design
- Experience within a global organization
- Exposure to Finance, HR or Procurement data and business processes
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Foundation in machine learning, statistics, predictive modeling and NLP
- Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications
- Familiarity with vector stores and reranking techniques
- Experience with LLM observability tooling such as Langfuse or LangSmith
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Palantir Foundry or Snowflake
- MLOps and DevOps experience including MLflow, CI/CD and Docker
- University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or related discipline
Nice to have
- Experience with Apache Spark, Polars, DuckDB or dbt
- German language skills
