About the role
This is a lead AI/ML engineering role in Hyderabad for delivering enterprise generative AI systems across document intelligence, knowledge management and intelligent automation. You’ll combine LLMs, RAG, vector search and agent frameworks with enterprise services, while guiding engineers and model operations. The role is suited to an experienced engineer with at least six years in software or AI/ML engineering and an interest in industrial and product data.
What you’ll do
- Design and deploy enterprise AI and generative AI solutions.
- Build document-processing, extraction, knowledge, recommendation and conversational systems.
- Implement LLM, RAG, vector-database and agent-based applications.
- Connect AI microservices to APIs, databases, enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Translate operational needs into scalable AI architectures.
- Oversee deployment, evaluation, tuning and production monitoring.
- Mentor engineers and set implementation practices for generative AI.

- At least six years of professional engineering experience with AI/ML, NLP or generative AI depth.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field is required.
- Advanced Python and experience with OpenAI or Google Gemini APIs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex and vector databases.
- FastAPI, REST and SQL backend development experience.
- Experience operating systems on Azure, AWS or GCP.

- Mechanical engineering or experience with HVAC, refrigeration or industrial equipment.
- Engineering product data, bills of materials and PLM systems.
