What you’ll do
- Serve as Module Owner designing, developing and maintaining financial backend modules using Golang
- Independently design technical solutions and participate in system architecture discussions
- Own MySQL table structure design, SQL authoring and performance optimization
- Use Redis and Kafka for caching strategies and asynchronous messaging
- Participate in system monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting
- Write technical documentation and participate in code reviews
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related major
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, OS principles and networking
- Proficiency in Golang, C++, Java or Rust
- Familiarity with MySQL index optimization, transaction isolation and slow query analysis
- Familiarity with Redis caching solutions for penetration and avalanche issues
- Understanding of Kafka/RocketMQ message queues and gRPC/Thrift RPC frameworks
- Familiarity with Linux operations and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Git and understanding of CI/CD
Nice to have
- Experience in financial or wealth management business development
- Experience in distributed system design including distributed transactions and consistency
- Development experience with blockchain-related projects
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT
- A personal technical blog or open-source contributions
