This is a remote Senior Manager, Demand Generation role in the United States for a B2B growth marketing leader. You'll own integrated programs that generate awareness, leads, pipeline, and revenue, with a primary focus on North America and coordination across EMEA and APAC. What you’ll do
- Set and execute demand-generation strategy for North America.
- Run campaigns across paid media, email, digital, content syndication, and partner programs.
- Increase inbound traffic, conversions, and qualified leads.
- Plan webinars, field events, and trade shows.
- Manage lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, and sales handoffs.
- Coordinate with Sales, SDRs, partners, RevOps, content, product marketing, and digital marketing.
- Measure pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, return on investment, and campaign results.
- Manage demand-generation technology, tracking, attribution, and data quality.
- Test and optimize funnel programs and allocate budget to effective channels.

- Eight to ten or more years in demand generation or growth marketing.
- Experience building multi-channel programs that create pipeline and revenue.
- Knowledge of campaign operations, inbound marketing, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation.
- Analytical experience with reporting, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Experience using virtual and in-person events as demand-generation channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner teams, and RevOps.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
