This is a senior distributed-systems engineering role on Amazon's Selling Partner Identity Verification team in Hyderabad. What you’ll do
- Architect globally distributed, fault-tolerant verification and registration services
- Design stateless microservices and event-driven architectures for cross-regional communication
- Build scalable data models supporting multi-region operations
- Lead technical direction and mentor engineers on the team
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for large-scale distributed systems

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years programming in at least one language
- 5+ years leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience mentoring, tech-leading, or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years across the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code review, source control, build, test and operations
