What you’ll do
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade architecture solutions across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager systems
- Develop comprehensive Guidewire design and migration strategies, including legacy policy conversion and cloud platform adoption
- Architect robust integration solutions connecting Guidewire to CRM, broker systems, pricing engines, document repositories, and payment platforms
- Define and enforce architecture best practices, review design artifacts, and ensure solution integrity across transition states
- Evaluate and recommend new Guidewire platform features and capabilities aligned with business objectives
- Mentor team members and drive technical growth across the architecture community
What they’re looking for
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with demonstrated success on mission-critical systems
- Deep expertise in Guidewire platform strategy, migration planning, and end-to-end solution design
- Advanced knowledge of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager
- Experience architecting integration solutions using Guidewire's Application Programming Deployment (APD) framework
- Proven ability to define and enforce technical governance, best practices, and architectural standards
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience conducting cost, benefit, and risk analysis for platform modernization initiatives
Nice to have
- Microsoft Fabric certification or equivalent demonstrated Fabric architecture experience
- Microsoft Purview experience with data cataloging and governance capabilities
- Experience modernizing legacy Azure Data Factory or Synapse Analytics solutions
- Data governance or enterprise information management background
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services, or Healthcare
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
