About the role
This is a field-based Medical Science Liaison or Senior Medical Science Liaison role for an advanced-degree clinician or scientist living in, or willing to relocate to, Texas. You will provide scientific education and medical support to healthcare professionals, researchers, and thought leaders across the assigned territory. The position covers Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and Austin, and requires travel up to 75% of the time.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and academic centers.
- Present disease-state, therapeutic, and product information to clinical audiences.
- Support research, clinical operations, medical affairs, and physician-initiated projects.
- Respond to unsolicited medical-information questions from healthcare providers.
- Partner with internal medical and commercial teams on account plans and scientific needs.
- Deliver internal training and document healthcare-professional interactions accurately.

- An advanced degree such as PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, physician associate, or nurse practitioner in a relevant scientific discipline.
- For Senior MSL, at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong scientific communication, teaching, presentation, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to meet healthcare-industry credentialing requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Texas territory.
Nice to have
- Experience in endocrinology, metabolic disease, obesity, or gastroenterology.
- A doctorate in a health science or clinical discipline.
