About the role
This is a full-time AI and Generative AI Engineer role in Pune for an engineer building production LLM applications, agentic workflows, and backend services. You will work across data, platform, and product teams to deliver enterprise AI systems for customer-facing and internal use cases. The role is suited to a Python backend engineer with experience in RAG, agent orchestration, cloud deployment, and responsible AI.
What you’ll do
- Build enterprise copilots and intelligent assistants.
- Develop RAG systems using structured and unstructured information.
- Create multi-agent workflows and orchestration logic.
- Build backend APIs with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Connect enterprise platforms and external services.
- Create ingestion, transformation, and embedding pipelines.
- Operate vector databases and establish LLM evaluation processes.
- Add tracing, logging, monitoring, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
- Deploy containerized AI services on cloud platforms.
- Apply security, privacy, GDPR, and Responsible AI practices.
