About the role
This is a full-time MLOps Engineer role in Pune for an engineer turning experimental machine-learning models into reliable production services. You will build and operate infrastructure spanning model deployment, data pipelines, monitoring, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI systems. The role suits an engineer with at least three years of relevant experience across MLOps, machine learning, data engineering, or production software engineering.
What you’ll do
- Deploy and maintain machine-learning models in production.
- Build feature-engineering pipelines and reusable data assets.
- Design training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
- Convert research code into secure, maintainable services.
- Track model quality, drift, data quality, system health, and resource usage.
- Work with data scientists, software engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support production AI systems and improve their reliability.
- Contribute to cloud-based AI platform engineering and automation.

- At least three years of experience in MLOps, machine learning engineering, data engineering, or related production software engineering.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Working knowledge of Java, Scala, and Apache Spark.
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Airflow, MLflow, Hadoop, and cloud ML platforms.
- Knowledge of LLM deployment, monitoring, fine-tuning pipelines, or integration.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL systems and distributed data platforms.
- Understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and system administration.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
