About the role
This is a Generative AI engineering role for building production LLM and agentic-AI solutions for enterprise clients in Bangalore. You'll connect AI research with deployable business applications by designing pipelines, evaluating models, and working with technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid setting.
What you’ll do
- Architect and implement Generative AI pipelines, including RAG and fine-tuning workflows.
- Assess and integrate LLMs and open-source AI frameworks.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures.
- Create evaluation and monitoring practices for accuracy, hallucination reduction, and responsible deployment.
- Work with data scientists, domain specialists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and share current AI engineering practices.
