About the role
This is a Data Scientist and GenAI Engineer role for someone with 2–7 years of AI, machine learning, analytics, or data science experience in Gurgaon/Gurugram. You'll build production-oriented AI solutions using Python, SQL, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows. The work includes model evaluation, deployment, MLOps, observability, and communication with business and technical stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Build and deploy AI and generative AI solutions.
- Create AI applications, workflows, and data pipelines with Python and SQL.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for AI and machine learning use cases.
- Develop prompt-engineering approaches and evaluate LLM output quality.
- Build RAG pipelines and integrate agentic AI frameworks.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and MLOps practices.
- Translate requirements into practical solutions with business and technical teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- A master's or postgraduate STEM degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, operations research, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in data science, AI engineering, machine learning, or analytics.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and agentic AI.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Teradata.
- Knowledge of Git, AI observability, and MLOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- AI, machine learning, statistics, or cloud-computing specialization.
- Production or staging experience with GenAI, RAG, or LLM applications.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Knowledge of RAGAS, TruLens, LangSmith, or MLflow.
- Understanding of regression, classification, and ensemble methods.
- Relevant AI, ML, cloud, or MLOps certifications.
