About the role
Tiger Analytics is hiring a senior Knowledge Graph subject matter expert for an onsite enterprise data-governance engagement in Toronto. The role suits a graph-technology specialist with at least six years of production knowledge-graph and data-governance implementation experience, including Neo4j and Cypher. You will design graph architecture, model metadata and lineage, optimise graph queries, and work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Lead architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise knowledge graphs
- Model ontologies, taxonomies, lineage, source systems, critical data elements, and quality metrics
- Embed governance requirements into graph structures
- Partner with business leaders, data stewards, and technical teams to define and adopt data concepts
- Manage graph and metadata-governance integration across on-premise and cloud environments
- Develop, test, and tune Cypher queries and schemas for enterprise performance

- At least six years implementing enterprise data-governance frameworks and production knowledge graphs
- Proven Neo4j and advanced Cypher experience
- Toronto residence, or commitment to work onsite in Toronto full time for at least the first three months
- Communication and presentation ability with non-technical business executives
- Experience governing data across on-premise and cloud environments
Nice to have
- Banking or financial-services experience
- Python with NetworkX
- RDF, SPARQL, SQL Graph, or related graph-database experience
