About the role
This is a full-time field sales and merchandising role covering Montréal and the South Shore in Canada. You will visit a large grocery retail territory to improve distribution, placement, replenishment, and promotion for Wonderful consumer brands. The position starts at 7 a.m. on weekdays and includes travel across the assigned territory.
What you’ll do
- Maintain relationships with more than 200 grocery retailers across the territory.
- Arrange and reposition in-store displays for company products.
- Check product rotation and replenish authorized products during store visits.
- Maintain merchandising plans during store openings and remodels.
- Sell and improve distribution of authorized products in assigned stores.
- Record required field data using company devices.
- Implement marketing, point-of-sale, coupon, and partnership programs.

- Strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a large geographic territory and daily travel.
- French and English bilingual ability.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to begin work early in the morning.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Experience in food and beverage retail.
- Experience working with produce managers and grocery-store leadership.
