About the role
This full-time remote customer service role is for a Metro Manila-based professional supporting an e-commerce business during Philippine daytime hours. It suits someone with at least two years of e-commerce support experience who can handle order, logistics, subscription, wholesale, and customer communications. The representative will work across email, chat, and social channels while keeping records accurate in service and order systems.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer questions across email, chat, and social media
- Process orders, tracking requests, cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes
- Work with logistics providers on lost parcels and delivery problems
- Handle wholesale orders, invoices, and account updates
- Use Gorgias and Carton Cloud to manage support and delivery workflows
- Identify service-process improvements and appropriate cross-sell opportunities
