About the role
This is an AI Lead role for designing enterprise machine-learning, generative-AI and agentic-AI architectures in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. You'll shape cloud AI strategy, lead proofs of concept and architecture reviews, and guide solutions from data readiness through MLOps and responsible deployment.
What you’ll do
- Design end-to-end AI and ML architectures on AWS or Azure.
- Define AI roadmaps aligned with customer objectives across classic ML, GenAI and agentic AI.
- Architect foundation-model, RAG, fine-tuning and multi-agent solutions.
- Design agent systems with tools, planning, memory and orchestration.
- Create MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
- Establish practices for bias detection, explainability, guardrails and governance.
- Evaluate AI services, frameworks and tools for specific use cases.
- Lead technical workshops, proofs of concept and architecture reviews.
- Partner with data architects and engineers to prepare data for AI workloads.

- Multi-cloud AI experience.
- Experience with SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Comprehend, Azure Cognitive Services, PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
- Experience with foundation models, prompt engineering, feature engineering and model evaluation.
