About the role
This is a senior business systems analyst role on TD Securities' CRM Technology team in Toronto. It suits someone who can translate business needs into requirements for CRM, data and AI-enabled initiatives supporting Research and Capital Markets. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams across Toronto, New York, Dublin and India.
What you’ll do
- Partner with stakeholders to identify CRM process improvement opportunities.
- Elicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write user stories, process flows, use cases and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Analyze CRM data, workflows and integrations to find automation opportunities.
- Work with developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support onboarding and analysis of CRM datasets in enterprise data platforms.
- Prioritize delivery roadmaps and manage backlogs with stakeholders.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management and production readiness reviews.
- Support AI and automation initiatives through requirements analysis.
- Participate in production support, issue resolution and root cause analysis.
What they’re looking for
- 7+ years of business systems analysis, product management or related experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications in complex business environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing user stories, process flows, use cases and functional specifications.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data for requirements and testing.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Prism or Salesforce.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI, generative AI and workflow automation use cases.
Nice to have
- Experience in capital markets, investment banking, research, sales & trading or financial services.
- Experience with client intelligence or revenue management platforms.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with data sourcing, governance and reporting initiatives.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
