About the role
TD Securities is hiring a senior business systems analyst to sit between business stakeholders and technology teams on its CRM platform for Research and Capital Markets. You'd work out of Toronto, translating business needs into requirements for CRM, data and AI-enabled initiatives, alongside peers in New York, Dublin and India. The role covers requirements gathering, Agile delivery support, data analysis and coordination of testing and production support for the CRM technology used by TD Securities.
What you’ll do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify CRM process improvements.
- Elicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write user stories, process flows, use cases and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Analyze CRM data, workflows and integrations to find automation opportunities.
- Work with developers to turn requirements into technical solutions.
- Support onboarding and analysis of CRM datasets on enterprise data platforms.
- Prioritize delivery roadmaps and manage backlogs with stakeholders.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management and production readiness reviews.
- Support AI and automation initiatives through use case definition and process redesign.
- Participate in production support, issue resolution and root cause analysis.

- 7+ years in business systems analysis, product management or related work.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications in complex business environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing user stories, process flows, use cases and functional specs.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and testing support.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Prism, Salesforce or similar.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of AI, generative AI and workflow automation use cases.
Nice to have
- Experience in capital markets, investment banking, research, sales & trading or financial services.
- Experience supporting CRM, client intelligence or revenue management platforms.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with data sourcing, governance, quality and reporting.
- Experience with API integrations and system integration projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
What’s on offer
- Base salary of $96,900-$136,800 CAD.
- Eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award.
- On-site role in Toronto, Ontario, 37.5 hours per week.
