About the role
This is a lead automotive engineering role for a professional with 16–18 years of cabin-suspension experience, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You'll own chassis and drivetrain component and system work from concept through release, including integration, validation and production issue resolution. What you’ll do
- Own component and system design from concept to release.
- Perform calculations, DFMEA, DVP&R and design documentation.
- Manage packaging, interfaces, supplier inputs and design reviews.
- Support validation, root-cause analysis and closure of production issues.

- 16–18 years of relevant cabin-suspension experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of DFMEA, cabin suspension, NVH, MBD and suspension engineering.
- An engineering background suitable for automotive research and development leadership.
- Experience coordinating design, supplier and validation activities.
