About the role
This is an automotive design-quality engineering role in Chennai for an engineer who can take cab, body and product systems from concept through validation and release. You'll create designs and documentation, coordinate engineering inputs and resolve quality or field issues through structured problem-solving. What you’ll do
- Create concepts, layouts, three-dimensional models, drawings and release packages.
- Complete DFMEA, DVP&R, tolerance and packaging reviews.
- Coordinate CAE, testing, manufacturing and supplier inputs.
- Resolve validation, quality and field issues with structured engineering methods.
- Support product development from concept through engineering release.

- Strong practical experience in design quality and design control.
- A B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
- Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, mobility or a related product-engineering environment.
