About the role
This is an automotive design engineering role for someone with 7–9 years of cabin-suspension experience, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You'll design, integrate and validate chassis and drivetrain systems, then support design reviews, production issues and engineering release. The employer is confidential and will be disclosed during recruiter screening.
What you’ll do
- Own component and system design from concept to release.
- Complete calculations, DFMEA, DVP&R and design documentation.
- Manage packaging, interfaces, supplier inputs and design reviews.
- Support validation, root-cause analysis and production issue closure.

- 7–9 years of relevant cabin-suspension experience.
- Hands-on capability in DFMEA, cabin suspension, NVH, MBD and suspension.
- An engineering background suited to automotive research and development.
- Ability to coordinate technical inputs across suppliers and internal teams.

- Commercial-vehicle product-development experience.
- Cross-functional validation experience.
- Design-release and technical-documentation experience.
- Experience in automotive, mobility or related product engineering.
