About the role
Storyblok is hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to reduce onboarding friction and build relationships with the developer community around its headless CMS. This fully remote, worldwide role suits a seasoned web developer with 5+ years of experience who enjoys public speaking, community engagement, and technical writing.
What you’ll do
- Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, helping developers implement headless architecture on their projects
- Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, record instructional videos, and give product demos
- Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to showcase Storyblok's capabilities
- Identify and document missing pieces in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services
- Help external developers overcome missing functionalities using plugins, tools, apps, or custom scripts
- Contribute code updates and bug fixes to Storyblok's public open-source projects
- Propose new features for the Storyblok Headless CMS based on developer feedback
- Monitor, engage with, and support the Storyblok community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to
- Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events and public speaking opportunities
