About the role
This is a senior full-stack engineering role at Revelation Pharma, fully remote within the United States, building patient and prescriber portal features. It suits a senior engineer strong in PHP/Laravel and Vue who is comfortable designing secure, compliance-sensitive workflows for a regulated industry. The role connects user-facing portal workflows to the company's HiveRx pharmacy operations.
What you’ll do
- Own development of patient and prescriber portal capabilities from requirements through release.
- Build user-facing workflows connecting to HiveRx pharmacy operations.
- Implement backend workflows, validation rules, notifications and state transitions for external users.
- Design secure external-user flows covering authentication, authorization and data collection.
- Translate portal concepts into detailed feature specifications.
- Research patient, prescriber, partner and pharmacy workflows.
- Define acceptance criteria for QA and release validation.
- Account for compliance-sensitive behavior involving PHI, auditability and workflow traceability.
- Support release planning, QA review and internal testing.
What they’re looking for
- Strong command of PHP and Laravel, able to read, debug and write production code.
- Comfortable with Vue 3, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS and Vite-based tooling.
- Strong UX judgment for workflow-heavy applications.
- Ability to design secure external-user flows involving authentication, authorization and stateful workflows.
- Ability to work within an established architecture without needing to rebuild it.
- Experience working in or building software for regulated industries, preferably healthcare.
- Understanding of compliance considerations including PHI, audit trails and access control.
- Comfortable using AI tools for interface iteration, research and code review.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
