What you’ll do
- Act as the primary contact point for project-related matters
- Manage client expectations so delivered work meets or exceeds them
- Prepare project scope and objectives from the signed client agreement
- Plan project activities including deadlines and interim milestones
- Prepare reporting for clients and management, including monthly reports used for invoicing
What they’re looking for
- A demonstrated track record in pharmacovigilance activities such as ICSR processing and quality review, aggregate report writing, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOP preparation
- PV project management experience, ideally from a service provider or CRO
- A background as a Health Care Professional or Life Science graduate
- Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical organizations
- Leadership skills spanning planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem solving
