About the role
PrimeVigilance, a pharmacovigilance specialist within Ergomed Group, is hiring a Delivery Project Director based in Porto, Portugal.
What you’ll do
- Ensure contracted pharmacovigilance activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Serve as PV expert supporting project teams on behalf of clients.
- Oversight of changes to project scope, schedules, and costs.
- Participate in issue escalation and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Review client-specific documents such as Joint Operational Guidelines and Safety Management Plans.
- Oversee Quality Management System activities and ensure compliance with worldwide PV regulations.
- Manage the Quality Events process and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Prepare and send invoices on time.
- Cooperate with PrimeVigilance departments and client teams to deliver contracted activities.
- Support Head of PM department, Head of PV Operations, and senior leadership.
- Participate in client audits and inspections.
