About the role
This is a senior remote applied-AI engineering role for someone who can build production agentic systems for enterprise clients. You'll work across data, infrastructure, APIs and monitoring while delivering reusable AI solutions and measurable outcomes with a global consultancy team.
What you’ll do
- Build and operationalize RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop solutions.
- Turn business requirements and solution designs into tested production code.
- Add reliability, security, observability, evaluation and guardrails to AI systems.
- Deliver client engagements on time, within scope and against measurable value.
- Develop reusable agentic accelerators and reference implementations.
- Help establish engineering practices for the India delivery center.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed, data, platform and business teams.
- Maintain quality through reviews, documentation, testing and governance.
- Contribute to internal IP, architectures, templates, playbooks and training.
