What you’ll do
- Own the development lifecycle from problem definition through production monitoring.

- Design evaluation frameworks for AI solutions.
- Build agentic applications and orchestrated workflows.
- Create reusable AI capabilities and backend services.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability from the start of a project.
- Contribute to engineering practices, tools, and standards.
- Help shape the direction of the company's R&D guild.
