About the role
This onsite IT support position serves corporate, sales, and construction users from Plano, Texas, and field locations. You'll deploy, repair, and troubleshoot employee devices, business software, network connectivity, and office technology. The role handles service requests through Freshservice and supports both in-person and remote assistance.
What you’ll do
- Log and manage support requests and incoming calls in Freshservice.
- Provide technical support at the Dallas office, field locations, and through remote tools.
- Deploy and repair Windows computers, laptops, Microsoft Surface devices, phones, tablets, and iPads.
- Troubleshoot internet, network, printing, scanning, conferencing, and phone issues.
- Configure laptops with SCCM and approved deployment procedures.
- Support Microsoft Office, internal applications, Autodesk software, Teams phones, and related equipment.
What they’re looking for
- 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Experience with service-desk practices and customer support.
- Knowledge of Active Directory user and access administration.
- Familiarity with Azure AD joined and hybrid joined devices.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center and Azure Active Directory Admin Center.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
