What you’ll do

- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads.
- Record lead and follow-up activity in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing candidates.
- Coordinate successful conversions with the recruitment and processing team.
- Keep informed about international career opportunities and relevant visa information.
- Meet individual and team sales, follow-up, and conversion goals.
